At Al Gani Gems, we strive to process and dispatch all orders efficiently. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Cancellation After Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, we kindly request that you do not refuse delivery.

In the event that a shipment is refused:

The customer will be responsible for the full value of the items if the parcel is lost in transit.
All return shipping fees, customs duties, brokerage charges, and handling costs incurred during return transit will be deducted from the refund amount.
An additional 10% restocking fee will apply to refused or returned shipments.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned items are received and inspected in their original condition.

If your order has not yet been shipped, and you have not received a shipping confirmation email:

Please contact us immediately with your Order Number and cancellation request.
Our customer support team will review your request promptly.
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund within one working day to the original payment method.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be fully canceled without applicable return charges.
Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
