🔁 Return Policy

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Only damaged products or incorrect items received are eligible for return.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for both Domestic and International orders.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

⚠ Important Notice for Rough Opals & Loose Stones

  • If you alter, cut, polish, or modify any rough gemstone, it will be considered accepted and owned by the buyer.

  • Once altered, the item is not eligible for exchange or return.

  • By cutting or modifying the stone, ownership is automatically accepted.

  • We strongly advise studying the stone carefully before cutting.

📌 Please note: Images of rough opals may be photographed with water to highlight natural play-of-color. Stones must not be rubbed, scratched, or handled excessively if a return is intended.

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. The product will be inspected to verify original condition.

  2. If approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • For credit card payments, funds are typically available within 2–3 business days.

  • However, please allow up to one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The stone has been cut, altered, polished, or damaged after delivery.

  • The item has been used, modified, or is not in original condition.

  • The return request exceeds the 30-day window.
